Our Process
Two ways we clean your skylights
Most jobs use both — a squeegee pass for everyday buildup, and a water-fed pole for steep or hard-to-reach roof pitches.
Method 1
Exterior squeegee clean
A soap solution and squeegee pass lifts moss, algae, and pollen film from the exterior glass and surrounding flashing, with full control over pressure near seals and roofing material.
Debris cleared first
Loose needles, moss, and leaves removed from the frame and flashing.
Soap solution & squeegee pass
Breaks down buildup and pulls it clear in overlapping strokes, safe for glass and roofing materials alike.
Detail & seal check
Edges wiped clean, then a visual check of seals and flashing for leak risk.
Best for exterior glass with moss, algae, or hard-water film.
Method 2
Water-fed pole access
Purified water fed through a carbon-fiber pole reaches steep-pitch and hard-to-access skylights from a safe stance on the roof, rinsing spot-free without soap.
Brush & pre-scrub
A soft brush loosens moss and grime before any water touches the glass.
Pure-water rinse
Reaches steep or awkward pitches without extra roof traffic near the glass.
Spot-free air dry
No minerals or soap residue means the glass sheets clean with no squeegee needed.
