Method 1
Soft washing
A low-pressure application of a cleaning solution for siding, trim, and painted surfaces — removes dirt, mildew, and algae without the pressure that can crack vinyl or force water behind walls.
Pre-treat
A solution is applied to siding, trim, and painted surfaces to break down dirt and mildew.
Dwell time
The solution works into buildup for several minutes — no scrubbing needed.
Low-pressure rinse
Rinsed under 500 PSI, safe for vinyl, stucco, and painted wood.
Best for siding, trim, stucco, and any painted or delicate surface.
Method 2
Pressure washing
Direct high-pressure water for concrete, pavers, and other hardscapes that can take it — lifts embedded dirt, oil, and stains fast.
Pre-treat
A degreaser or cleaner is applied to oil stains, mildew, and embedded grime.
High-pressure wash
2,000–3,000 PSI clears embedded dirt from concrete and pavers.
Rinse & inspect
The surface is rinsed clean and checked for any missed spots.
Best for driveways, walkways, patios, and other concrete or paver surfaces.
