Our Process
Two ways we clean commercial glass
Most properties get both — water-fed pole for upper-story and hard-to-reach exterior glass, traditional squeegee for entry doors, lobby glass, and street-level storefronts.
Method 1
Water-fed pole system
Purified water fed through an extendable pole cleans upper-story office glass from the ground — no scaffolding or lift needed for most 2–4 story buildings, and no soap residue left behind.
Brush & pre-scrub
A soft brush clears dust and debris before water touches the glass.
Pure-water rinse
Fed from ground level, keeping crews and equipment off your sidewalk during business hours.
Spot-free air dry
No minerals or soap means glass sheets clean without a squeegee pass.
Best for upper-story office and multi-family glass without lift access.
Method 2
Traditional squeegee & detailing
A hands-on squeegee-and-cloth method for storefront glass, entry doors, and lobby partitions, where customer-facing detail matters most.
Soap solution applied
Loosens fingerprints, smudges, and street grime across the full pane.
Squeegee pass
Pulled in overlapping strokes for a clean, streak-free storefront finish.
Detail cloth finish
Frames, handles, and door edges wiped down for a finished, customer-ready look.
Best for storefronts, entry doors, and lobby glass needing a polished finish.

Common questions
Are you insured for commercial properties?
Yes — we carry commercial liability coverage and can provide a certificate of insurance for your property file before work begins.
Can you clean before or after business hours?
Yes — most storefront and office contracts are scheduled early morning or evening to avoid disrupting customers and tenants.
Do you offer recurring contracts for multiple properties?
Yes — property managers can set up a single recurring contract and consolidated invoicing across several buildings.
How high can you reach without a lift?
Our water-fed pole systems reach most 2–4 story buildings from the ground. Taller buildings are quoted with lift access included.
